Obituary

Larry Rader, 69, of Oak Grove, MO passed away May 24, 2019. At Larry’s request cremation has taken place and inurnment will be at a later date in Missouri State Veteran’s Cemetery. Larry was born on October 1, 1949 in DeKalb, IL to LV and Rose (Collins) Rader. After high school Larry attended Devry for a year before being drafted in the United States Army. He choose to enlist in the United States Marine Corps where he proudly served his country from 1969 – 1975, obtaining the rank of Staff Sargent. For over 25 years he was employed with Weld Wheels in the purchasing department. Larry is survived by: daughter Miranda Simpson and her husband Chad; son Larry Rader Jr.; grandchildren Keegan Simpson, Jake Simpson, Reid Simpson, Logan Rader and Bryson Rader. He is preceded in death by his parents.
