I am so sorry for your loss. At times like this I am comforted to a degree by the resurrection hope held out to us by Jesus at John 5:28,29. I know that nothing can take away the excruciating pain that death causes, but God does promise us that death and all causes of sorrow will soon be done away with in the near future (Revelation 21:4).
